Food waste – what is it good for? Absolutely nothing. Uh, actually, that’s not true. With a bit of creativity and know-how, you can start using more of what you buy and getting value for money too. But why should you bother? Well, over 30% of all food produced globally ends up in the bin. In the UK we are by far the worst offenders in Europe, throwing away 9.5 million tonnes of food each year.
